So... I was reading some stuff online tonight (while I was supposed to be writing a paper regarding the history of the Pittsburgh Penguins) and came upon an article regarding UK's games this past weekend against Niagara University. This is an small portion of the article found on NU's website:
"Head Coach Larry Brzeczkowski would like to thank all the family members who traveled several hundred miles to take in the experience of playing the University Kentucky. The Purple Eagles skipper asserted, “this was one heck of atmosphere. It was by far the most hostile crowd I have ever experienced, in any type of sports setting.”
Please let me repeat my favorite part. The "most hostile crowd I have ever experienced, in any type of sports setting."
BOOYEAH.
